Dear Parents:

My name is Don Riley and I have two sons who wrestle, Wilson, for Science Hill and Ben for the Johnson City Wrestling Club. It's been my pleasure to work and make friends with the coaches and parents for both. As some of you may be aware of the Johnson City Wrestling Club was formed to support Science Hill wrestling and the AAU team. Without this organization many of the needs for our teams would go unfulfilled. I've noticed that the coaches spend much of their time working on the extras such as Fund Raising, Tournament Organization, Concessions, and much more. There are many parents and friends that step up and help with these needs as well. What I would like to purpose is a formation of a Science Hill Wrestling Booster Club to support our teams and coaches. This is new ground for me; I have many ideas for the present and future support of our teams as most of you have as well. This would be an organization that could address the needs and help our wrestling programs to succeed further. It could welcome and involve the parents and Community that are not involved at the present as well as prompted the School System in further support.

I would like to hear your response to this proposal and possibly set a meeting for all of us to table our ideas. I thank all of you for your support and look forward to another great year.
